 Machine handles enable to manually control, switch, and adjust numerous functions on a wide variety of equipment, typically without the need for additional tools. Availability of standardized parts in many different sizes allows the original equipment manufacturer to concentrate on core functionality.
Material: Phenolic plastic is used for the majority of the products. Standard material is FS31. Higher strength FS51 or FS74 with different fillers can be optionally used when more margin is needed.
Color: Standard color is black but we can supply various colors to match your product design. Please request a quote.
Metal parts: Inserts are brass or steel. For optimal corrosion resistance steel is always zinc plated and comes often with blue chrome coating. Stainless steel and other materials are an option. Pricing will be higher and based on order quantity.
Dimensional changes on hole or thread sizes etc. of standard parts are possible. Pricing will depend on specific modifications and quantities.
Custom parts: Minimum order size is 1000 units. Please supply detailed information, for example by sending in a drawing.
